• Siemens is now in the open scanner market albeit from a different perspective: wide bore, not open sides.  Click here to see a write up on the new Verio scanner.   The verio looks like a CT scanner and can accomodate patients up to 550 lbs.  If you can do a Cat Scan you can do this!
